1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, deploying storefronts, or accessing the Cloud Shop B2B commerce SaaS application engine, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.

2. Store Deployment & Tenants

As a client, you are permitted to provision on-demand storefront subdomains. You maintain sole responsibility for the contents of your store database, products sold, and client verification logs. We reserve the right to suspend any store engaged in illegal activity.

3. Subscription Billing & Suspension

Cloud Shop operates on a daily and monthly subscription basis. In the event of account balance depletion or non-payment, the system scheduler will automatically mark your store status as Suspended. Custom domain mappings and subdomains will resolve to a suspended landing page until reactivation payment is processed.

4. Platform Fair Use

To maintain high speeds and isolated performance across our shared cloud architecture clusters, automated load testing or intentional resource starvation of databases is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted under an Enterprise SLA.
