1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, business email address, hashed passwords, and contact preferences during registration. For dynamic database creation, we store insulated environment configuration parameters.

2. Store Owner Isolation

To maintain privacy integrity within our multi-tenant SaaS architecture, data stored inside tenant MySQL/PostgreSQL sub-databases is strictly isolated. Cloud Shop platform administrators do not review client transactional database logs unless required for security operations.

3. Cookie Policy

We use secure, functional cookies to persist authenticated Sanctum tokens and UI settings across dashboard subpages. Tracking pixels or third-party cookies are not active on client dashboard routes.

4. Data Retention

Suspended storefront structures are archived for 90 days. If an owner does not renew or reactive their plan after this period, databases and Caddy proxy definitions are scheduled for clean depletion.
